Wine Classes
Never has wine been more in vogue than it is today. And never has there been such a tremendous assortment of wines to choose from. So now is the perfect time for you to learn about this fascinating, complex and healthy beverage.
The best way to learn is to take a series of wine classes from an expert who has been instructing about wines for three decades. Our wine educator and buyer is David J. Black, formerly with the Bern's Steak House group and former professor of German language and literature at various universities.
Several times a year, The Wine Room offers a series of introductory wine classes as well as more advanced wine seminars. Each class features six unique wine selections for tasting. Our classes also teach participants about the importance of vintage, how to properly store and serve wine, stemware selection, and how to evaluate the value of wine choices in the future. Classes at The Wine Room will be invaluable the next time you're reviewing a wine list in your favorite restaurant or helping you determine what to buy and where to buy retail.
