The Wine and Spirits Kitchen in Delray Beach, formerly known as The Wine Room Kitchen & Bar, marks the next chapter of the award-winning concept first introduced by The Wine Room on Park Avenue in Winter Park, Florida. Guests are welcomed into an enriched experience featuring over 2,500 unique wines, a curated selection of premium spirits, and more than 80 artisanal cheeses and charcuterie selections sourced from around the world. This destination blends a scratch kitchen with an elevated retail space, two full-service bars—including the new vibrant full-service bar—and an expansive tasting hall showcasing over 170 curated wines in the Enomatic Wine Dispensing System. Patrons can savor wines and spirits in carefully measured pours, highlighting flavors preserved by advanced wine preservation technology. The newly introduced "Contemporary Fromagerie & Grill" pairs signature drinks with artisanal cheeses and expertly crafted grilled dishes, offering an immersive and transportive dining atmosphere.
